About this plant

Blazing Star is one of the best easy-care garden performers, this deer-resistant selection is great for massing at the back of a garden. Blooms July to September. Its nectar is sought out by butterflies, bees, rare moths and even hummingbirds

Height, 2-4 feet x 1-2 feet, preference moist to wet soil. It is particularly attractive to butterflies like the Monarch (Danaus plexippus) and the Painted Lady (Vanessa cardui).
