Mother's Day Workshop at Bloomcourt Farm

Join Madeline Wachtel, flower farmer and owner of Bloomcourt Farm, for a flower-filled day touring her farm, enjoying an al fresco lunch, discussing growing and harvesting techniques for spring flowers, and making arrangements. Flowers that will likely be in bloom at that time include Ranunculus, Poppies, Anemone, Specialty Tulips, Agrostemma, Heirloom Narcissus, Forget-me-nots, Orlaya, and possibly the first of the peonies! Guests will see how growing in covered structures can extend the growing season in zone 6B.  Vessel included!

The schedule:
10am-11am: Arrive and take a tour of the courts. 
11am-12pm: Floral Workshop. Guests can bring home their creations including a lovely vase!
12pm-1pm: Lunch on the Farm catered by Susan Lawrence
1pm: The group departs!
