The History of the New York Flower Market

Join us for a book talk and history lecture with accomplished floral designer and now author, James Francois Pijuan. James will walk us through the beginnings of flower trade in New York City, the development of the district and how its has evolved over the years. James is also spearheading an effort to found a New York Flower Market museum. This lecture is presented in proud partnership with the Greenwich Historical Society.

A second event, A Walking Tour of the New York Flower Market with James Francois, will occur later in the month and can be registered for separately.
