Fall Vegetable Garden Clean Up & Care

With the summer behind us and winter on the horizon, fall is a great time to take steps to prepare your vegetable garden for next spring to ensure even greater success next year. Tiana Santasiere, horticultural education director, will be discussing how to properly put your vegetable garden to bed for winter. She will cover the final harvest of crops and disposal of plant debris, in addition to final garden tasks and strategies on how to prepare your soil for spring by adding amendments and planting cover crops.

Cost includes instruction and handouts.
