
Dennis Reilly is an attorney for the New York State Unified Court System, Division of Policy and Planning where he supports the development of clinical interventions for justice-involved populations that suffer from mental health and substance use disorders. Dennis is the Vice President of the NY Association of Treatment Court Professionals, Chair of the National Council of State Treatment Court Coordinators and Advisory Board member of the New England Association of Recovery Court Professionals. Dennis is a graduate of the UConn School of Business Administration and Management, the University of Denver School of Law, and the University of Amsterdam School for Executive Development in International Relations. Dennis has a deep love of gardening, developed in his grandfather’s vegetable garden, nurtured by his mother’s love of perennials, and expressed in his advocation for raising unusual fruits and berries. Dennis has served in leadership in local Boy Scout Troop 35 and has enjoyed over a decade of growth in the Greenwich Community Gardens.
